BlackCaller is designed to minimize unnecessary collection. Public lookup actions are user initiated. Lookup result pages are not intended for search-engine indexing.

Search data

This static build processes the entered number in the browser to construct lookup links. A production backend should avoid logging raw phone numbers unless necessary for security, abuse prevention or a user-requested feature, and should define a short retention period.

External services

When you choose WhatsApp, Telegram, a search engine or a UPI app, you leave BlackCaller and that service's own privacy terms apply.

Community reports

A future reporting backend should collect only the data necessary to store a category, evidence and anti-abuse metadata. It should support correction and removal workflows for inaccurate reports.
